One study researched the effects of mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy for women who experienced severe libido reduction problems. When compared to a control group, the women reported that mindfulness was very helpful in increasing sexual arousal and desire while reducing sexual distress. The women found the practices to be so helpful that they incorporated them into their daily lives.

Chilling out and simple meditation and mindfulness techniques can improve sex drive. One study performed at Loyola University found that a couple’s sex life can be improved by practicing breathing exercises, massage, and yoga postures together.
