When you’re stressed, overwhelmed, frustrated, your body suppresses your immune system. Your body is less able to fight off the disease. All those little bugs in the world, they get into and you get sick. Viruses, bacteria, you name it!

Chronic stress can lead to chronic disease. It’s no wonder more and more people are getting sick, and getting cancer and all the other diseases that happen in the world.
A little meditation, even a few breaths each day, calms the stress in your body.

When you are calm, your body activates your immune system and you are better able to fight diseases, stay healthy, stay vibrant, stay energized.
